Diving Leaves Cocktail

Ingredients:
10g Diving Leaves Organic
300 ml boiling water
Fizzy water
Ice cubes if desired 
2 sprigs of fresh mint 
1 organic lemon 

Method:
Fill the tea in a tea bag, pour over 300 ml of 100°C hot water, and let brew for 7 minutes. Then remove the tea bag and allow the tea to cool. During this time wash the peppermint and slice the lemon. 

Put the lemon slices, ice, mint and cooled-down tea in a large carafe and stir. Then add 200ml of orange juice and fill up the carafe with mineral water. Stir everything again and enjoy ice cold!
