Ice tea ice cubes
300 ml water
6 g alveus® Black Ice Tea
5 ripe strawberries
1 small bunch of basil
Fill a tea filter with the tea, pour over hot water heated to 100°C and let it brew for 3 minutes. Then remove the tea filter and allow the tea to cool.
In the meantime wash the strawberries, basil and lemon. Cut the berries and lemon into slices and put to one side. Pull the leaves off the basil and put to one side as well.
Divide the fruit and the basil between the ice cube moulds. Fill the moulds with the cold tea and put it in the freezer for a few hours.
Serve the ice cubes with juice drinks, teas or water and enjoy.
Ice tea detox water
12 g alveus® White Ice Tea
1 l water
2-3 sprigs of peppermint
a few cranberries if desired
Fill a tea filter with the tea, heat up the water to 70°C and pour over the tea. Then remove the tea filter and allow the tea to cool.
In the meantime, wash the remaining ingredients and cut the citrus fruits into chunks or slices.
Then fill a bottle with the ingredients and pour over the tea. The delicious summery treat is ready!
