Y para conocer ese momento, el ser humano suele valerse de los registros documentados.<\/p><p>Y hay dos momentos clave que tienen como protagonistas una receta y una feria internacional.<\/p><p>El primer dato registrado se remonta a finales del siglo XIX. Durante este evento, un comerciante que no vend\u00eda su t\u00e9 dadas las altas temperaturas, decidi\u00f3 a\u00f1adir hielo para refrescar a los visitantes.
