Sin embargo, esa idea es demasiado simple. En Jap\u00f3n, donde el aprovechamiento de la materia prima y la precisi\u00f3n del refinado forman parte de la cultura del t\u00e9, los tallos no son necesariamente un residuo sin valor. Bien seleccionados y bien procesados, ofrecen una taza con personalidad, suave, dulce, vegetal y con una astringencia moderada.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kukicha tambi\u00e9n puede aparecer bajo otros nombres, como <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">bocha<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> o \u201cstick tea\u201d. Cuando procede de la producci\u00f3n de gyokuro, a menudo se denomina <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">karigane<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, una versi\u00f3n m\u00e1s fina, umami y elegante.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2b959da elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"2b959da\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">C\u00f3mo se elabora el Kukicha\n<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-522eebe elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"522eebe\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Para entender el Kukicha hay que mirar el <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.alveus.eu\/es\/blog\/tes-japon\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">proceso japon\u00e9s del t\u00e9 verde<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Despu\u00e9s de la cosecha, las hojas se vaporizan para detener la oxidaci\u00f3n, se enrollan y se secan. En una fase posterior, el t\u00e9 se refina, se clasifica y se separan distintas fracciones: hojas, tallos, fragmentos peque\u00f1os, polvo y brotes.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ese material separado no se trata todo igual. De ah\u00ed salen categor\u00edas como <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">konacha<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, formada por part\u00edculas peque\u00f1as; <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">mecha<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, elaborada con brotes; y <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">kukicha<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, compuesta por tallos.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La calidad del Kukicha depende mucho del t\u00e9 del que procede. No es lo mismo un Kukicha sencillo elaborado a partir de un sencha b\u00e1sico que un Karigane obtenido de gyokuro o kabusecha de buena calidad. En el primer caso tendremos una taza ligera, vegetal y m\u00e1s \u201cplana\u201d. En el segundo, el perfil ser\u00e1 m\u00e1s dulce, m\u00e1s umami, m\u00e1s cremoso y con mayor profundidad arom\u00e1tica.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tambi\u00e9n puede encontrarse Kukicha tostado. En ese caso, el calor transforma el perfil verde y vegetal en una taza m\u00e1s c\u00e1lida, con recuerdos de cereal, avellana, pan tostado, madera suave o caramelo ligero.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El Kukicha tostado puede resultar muy interesante para clientes que buscan un t\u00e9 bajo en cafe\u00edna, suave y agradable para la
