Cette faible incidence est en grande partie due \u00e0 son processus d&rsquo;infusion unique et exigeant en main-d&rsquo;\u0153uvre, qui n\u00e9cessite jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 trois jours pour \u00eatre achev\u00e9, ce qui se traduit par des quantit\u00e9s de production limit\u00e9es.<\/p><p><strong>Presque exclusivement produit en Chine<\/strong>, principalement dans les provinces d&rsquo;Anhui et de Hunan, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.alveus.eu\/fr\/blog\/comment-fabrique-t-on-le-the-vert-etapes-et-processus\">ce th\u00e9 pr\u00e9sente des similitudes avec le th\u00e9 vert<\/a> en ce qui concerne son processus de production. Les feuilles fl\u00e9tries sont soumises \u00e0 des temp\u00e9ratures \u00e9lev\u00e9es afin de stopper l&rsquo;oxydation en d\u00e9sactivant les enzymes responsables de l&rsquo;oxydation.<\/p><p>Dans le cas du th\u00e9 jaune, le fixage est effectu\u00e9 selon la m\u00e9thode chinoise sha qing, \u00e9galement connue sous le nom de torr\u00e9faction \u00e0 la po\u00eale.
