Bien que son nom sugg\u00e8re une couleur rouge\u00e2tre, il peut en r\u00e9alit\u00e9 varier d&rsquo;une couleur ambr\u00e9e \u00e0 un rouge profond ou \u00e0 une couleur brun\u00e2tre.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ce type de th\u00e9 trouve ses racines en Chine, o\u00f9 il est cultiv\u00e9 et consomm\u00e9 depuis des si\u00e8cles. Sa fabrication remonterait au XVIe si\u00e8cle dans la province du Hunan, plus pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment dans les comt\u00e9s d&rsquo;Anhua, de Yiqang et de Linxing.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bien qu&rsquo;il existe diff\u00e9rentes sous-vari\u00e9t\u00e9s de th\u00e9s ferment\u00e9s, <\/span><b>le th\u00e9 Pu Erh est le plus populaire<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, le plus traditionnellement commercialis\u00e9 et le plus largement consomm\u00e9. Toutefois, si les conditions climatiques ne le permettent pas, il peut \u00e9galement \u00eatre r\u00e9alis\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2433c6e elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"2433c6e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h4 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">3. Ce processus, connu sous le nom de <\/span><b>\u00ab\u00a0sha qing\u00a0\u00bb<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> ou <\/span><b>\u00ab\u00a0kill the<\/b> <b>green\u00a0\u00bb,<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> consiste \u00e0 chauffer les feuilles fl\u00e9tries dans des po\u00eales sp\u00e9ciales.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le fixage est essentiel pour stopper l&rsquo;oxydation des feuilles et pr\u00e9server leur fra\u00eecheur et leur couleur verte naturelle.
