Se ben selezionati e lavorati, offrono una tazza dal carattere deciso, morbida, dolce, vegetale e con una moderata astringenza.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Il Kukicha pu\u00f2 anche apparire con altri nomi, come <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">bocha <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">o \u201cstick tea\u201d. Da qui derivano categorie come <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">il konacha<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, costituito da particelle fini; <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">il mecha<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, ottenuto dai germogli; e <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">il kukicha<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, composto dai gambi.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La qualit\u00e0 del Kukicha dipende molto dal t\u00e8 da cui proviene. Non \u00e8 la stessa cosa un semplice Kukicha ottenuto da un sencha di base e un Karigane ottenuto da gyokuro o kabusecha di buona qualit\u00e0. Nel primo caso avremo una tazza leggera, vegetale e pi\u00f9 \u201cpiatta\u201d. Nel secondo, il profilo sar\u00e0 pi\u00f9 dolce, pi\u00f9 umami, pi\u00f9 cremoso e con maggiore profondit\u00e0 aromatica.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Si pu\u00f2 trovare anche il Kukicha tostato. In questo caso, il calore trasforma il profilo verde e vegetale in una tazza pi\u00f9 calda, con sentori di cereali, nocciola, pane tostato, legno morbido o caramello
