To be served as side dish or as dessert with vanilla sauce

Ingredients (for 4 persons):
250 ml black tea (classic or flavoured, as you like)
40 g sugar
Brew tea as described. Cut apples and banana into small cubes. Melt tea and sugar in a sauce pan and let cook at low temperature until the apples are well stewed. Enjoy as a warm or cold dish.
