Black tea punch

Strong sweet punch as aperitif

Ingredients (for 4 persons):
400 ml black tea (classic or flavoured)
150 ml white rum
1 lime
2 tablespoons sugar cane syrup

Directions:
Prepare the tea as described and let it cool down. Quarter the lime and distribute into the glasses (choose small plain glasses). Crush the lime quarters with a pestle. Add tea and rum and let run half a teaspoon of syrup into each glass. Serve at once.
