Christmas Tea Cake

Christmas is a time when you take time for those dearest to you. We enjoy the company of other people and having something nice to eat with a cup of tea is part of this. We have come up with something very special for these indulgent moments. Spoil your nearest and dearest with something special.

Ingredients:

12 g alveus® NutCracker
350 g flour 
300 g sugar
150 g candied fruit
100 g hazelnuts
1 packet vanilla sugar
1 packet baking powder
1 packet gingerbread spice 
250 ml milk 
150 g butter 
2 tbsp. butter 
4 eggs 

Method:

Let the tea simmer for a few minutes in the milk and then let it cool.
Mix all the dry ingredients in a large bowl. Then mix all the wet ingredients together, add them to the dry ingredients and mix into a dough. 
Put the dough into a ready-greased baking tin and bake in a pre-heated oven for 40 minutes at 170°C.
Let the cake cool on a wire rack and then cover with liquid chocolate coating.
