Delicious banana sorbet with fruit blends


Enjoy refreshing sorbet in summery Alveus style with this recipe!

For 4 servings


25 g Alveus fruit blend

500 ml water

1 tbsp lemon

20 g sugar

500 g fresh fruits (here: banana)


Let the fruit blend infuse in boiled water for 10 minutes. Then let the infusion cool down. Puree the fruit under addition of sugar. After the fruit blend has cooled down, mix it with the puree and season to taste with lemon juice. Pour the mixture into a bowl and freeze for at least 4 hours. Stir the mixture every 30 minutes.
