Jelly made of fruit blends

Heavenly delicious jelly can be combined with any alveus® fruit blend and is always a unique dessert.

Ingredients:

15 g alveus® fruit blend

1000 ml water

6 tbsp sugar or sweetener

For the gelatin:

1000 ml water

12 sheets of gelatine

 

Preparation:

Soak the gelatine in cold water for 5 minutes. Let the fruit blend steep in 100°C boiled water for 10 minutes. Now squeeze out the soaked gelatine and dissolve it in the fruit blend while stirring constantly.

Finally pour into ready-to-serve glasses or bowls and allow to cool.

For vegetarian enjoyment, gelatine can also be replaced by the vegetable gelling agent agartine (based on the agar-agar plant).
