Recipe: Here are a few wonderfully refreshing recipes for summer, and don't worry, Matcha features in all of them.
1. Matcha Punch
Mix the natural yoghurt in with a little Matcha and agave syrup / sugar. Add some oats and fruit as needed and decorate the bowl with the brazil nuts and physalis.
2. Matcha Latte
Add the Matcha to a small bowl and mix with 50 ml hot water. A Matcha brush will prevent any lumps from forming. Fill a glass or cup with the liquid and then add the frothed milk (soya or regular).
Sweeten the Matcha Latte with honey or agave syrup (vegan) if you like.
