Muffins with fruit tea

 

Fruit tea is perfect for refining pastry

Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 20 minutes

Ingredients (for 12 persons):
260 g flour
180 g cane sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
200 ml fruit tea 
120 g butter
2 eggs

Bake it for 20 min at 180°C.
Stir some powdered sugar with fruit tea and you get a colourful pastry.
