The perfect dessert after a proper meal
Preparation time: 15 minutes
Time to cool down : 5 hours
Ingredients (for 4 persons):
400 ml cream
2 teaspons vanilla sugar
20 g cane sugar
4 leaves of gelatine
100g crème fraîche
10 g jasmine tea (Dragon Pearls)
50 g wild berries
Put the gelantine into cold water until it dissolves.
Heat up the sugar and the cream and add the tea – let it steep for 4 minutes.
Filter out the tea and stir in the gelantine.
Add the crème fraîche and mix it.
Fill the mixture into small cups and let it cool down over night.
Crush the wild berries and some sugar to a sauce and decorate the panna cotta with it.
