Spring fruit melange on ice


As dessert or fruity refreshment

Ingredients (for 4 persons):
300 ml peach-guava-ginger spring tea 
600 ml lemon ice cream
200 ml apple juice
4 teaspoons sugar powder

Prepare tea as described and let cool down. Then stir lemon ice cream well with the tea. Add apple juice and sugar powder and stir until sugar is dissolved.

Serve tea cocktail with a crusta rim: before filling the glass dip the upper glass edge first into fruit juice, then into sugar. Let it shortly consolidate in the fridge, then pour the cocktail carefully into glass.
