First of all, in the alcohol-free variant - especially for children and people who do not like alcohol - the wine is replaced by fruit juice. You can choose a mix of orange, currant, cherry or apple juice according to your taste.
A simple recipe for everyone who loves simple enjoyment. The spice for the mulled wine from alveus® made of rose hip, orange peels, cinnamon sticks and clove, turns the red wine into a tasty and smooth mulled wine.
Heat the red wine (do not boil it!) and then let the spice for the mulled wine steep for 10 - 12 minutes.
Serve in a glass or cup. Garnish with a fresh orange slice.

Heat all ingredients excepts almonds and raisins in a pot to approx. 80 degrees (never boil!) Depending on your taste, the Glögi can also be cooked overnight.
Serving suggestion: Put the almonds and raisins into the glass and pour in the mulled wine.Some Finns also add some vodka, mint liqueur or liquorice liqueur.
