Matcha-Smoothie

 

Fruity, refreshing and wonderfully frothy

Ingredients (for 4 glasses):
½ Honeydew melon
1 banana
½ tsp Matcha powder
¼ litre Milk (optionally also soy milk)
2 tsp icing sugar
crushed ice

Preparation:
Cut the melon and banana into small pieces, add the Matcha powder, milk, icing sugar and crushed ice to a high mixing cup and mix with a hand blender.
Perfect for the start of the day!
